Quotations are based on the information currently available, and we reserve the right to revise the quotes should this information change.
General Terms
All quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the quote creation date.
Prices are subject to an additional 20% VAT.
Payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Payments must be made via BACS.
Invoices will be issued upon project completion.
Any changes to the brief, scope of work, timelines, or other details may result in additional charges.
We have not been engaged to assess or provide advice on the suitability or adequacy of equipment, fixings, packaging, etc.
We assume all equipment and fixings have been tested and approved before requesting our installation services.
A valid purchase order (PO) covering the full amount of the work is required before project commencement.
Any additional services requested will require corresponding PO cover before work begins.
For larger projects spanning multiple weeks, we reserve the right to issue interim invoices during the project lifecycle.
The client is responsible for providing all-risk insurance coverage for stock/materials while in transit to and from, and during storage at Fox warehouse locations, until the point of installation where Fox’s responsibility for stock/materials ends.
For projects requiring assembly, a demo unit must be provided prior to project commencement to train our fitters ahead of the installation phase.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 business hours (8:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday) of the agreed visit time will incur the full installation cost.
If agreed project dates are rescheduled for reasons beyond our control, a 10% rescheduling fee based on the total installation project cost will apply.
If our staff travel to a site but are unable to perform scheduled work due to circumstances beyond their control, travel and accommodation costs will be charged in addition to the full installation cost.
Store Revisits
If a revisit is required due to an error on Fox’s part, Fox will cover all associated costs.
If a revisit is necessary due to a client or manufacturer error, the client will be responsible for all associated costs, which will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.
Storage
Storage for a live project is charged at £3.25 per pallet per week.
If we are instructed to dispose of the kit instead of storing it, there will be no storage fee, but disposal costs may apply.
Stock remaining in depots after project completion will be subject to a long-term storage rate of £3.25 per pallet per week.
Packaging
Fox ensures every effort is made to deliver kit safely. However, Fox cannot be held liable for damage incurred during transit due to improper or inadequate packaging by either the collection or delivery point.
